Author Organizations include a variety of author, writing, and publishing organizations with representation in Colorado with the exception of the Authors Guild which is national. All are dedicated to supporting authors toward their publishing success.

The nation’s oldest and largest professional organization for writers. Since its beginnings over a century ago it has served as the collective voice of American authors.

Colorado Authors' Hall of Fame
Dedicated to recognizing and preserving the history of the accomplishments of past and present women and men who have created and published books. Both historical and contemporary authors who have shared their words of wisdom, encouragement and entertainment are celebrated.

The club brings together over 200 writers of all backgrounds-- journalists, corporate and mass communications professionals, business and trade writers, public relations specialists, grant writers, poets, novelists, freelancers, educators and historians.
